Until now, he has been Head of Enterprise, leading the business development and future growth opportunities for Polygon liaising with governments, regulators, banks, consultancy, or ETH companies implementing Polygon solutions. In his free time, he enjoys reading history books and engaging in outdoor activities such as swimming, skiing, and climbing. Charles Hoskinson is a Colorado-based technology entrepreneur and mathematician. He studied analytic number theory before moving into cryptography through industry exposure. His professional experience includes founding three cryptocurrency-related start-ups, including Ethereum and IOHK, and he has held a variety of posts in both the public and private sectors. His current projects focus on educating people about cryptocurrency, being an evangelist for decentralization and making cryptographic tools easier to use for the mainstream. In late 2013 Anthony funded & co-founded Ethereum, the decentralized smart contract platform. Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Decentral Inc., a Toronto-based innovation hub & software development company focused on decentralized technologies. Decentral is the maker of Jaxx Liberty, A digital asset platforms that has empowered millions of people with the tools they need to control their digital lives. Well-versed in cryptocurrency, blockchain, finance and business, he has advised a number of companies, and as the inaugural Chief Digital Officer for the TMX Group, the parent company of The Toronto Stock Exchange, he explored ways to make exchanges operate faster and cheaper through blockchain technology.

Before Hermez, he co-founded several projects, including the donation platform Giveth, DAppNode, and Iden3.

Andrej Majcen co-founded Bitcoin Suisse AG in 2013 and assumed responsibility as Chief Executive Officer in January 2024. In his previous functions within the company, he held different leadership positions within the Compliance, Operations, and Client Management Teams and significantly supported the fast scaling of the corporate structure and organization throughout the first ten years of Bitcoin Suisse. Furthermore, before taking over the role as CEO of Bitcoin Suisse, he served as Head Global Expansion & Strategic Clients, driving the company's expansion and increasing its global presence, particularly in the Middle East. Andrej Majcen holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Gallen. Fabian Vogelsteller built the Ethereum Wallet, Mist Browser and web3.js. In 2015 he proposed ERC20, the first ever smart contract standard. in 2018 he founded the LUKSO Blockchain with its novel smart contract account, called Universal Profiles.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services in Europe and Africa, working across large scale transformation programmes, Retail, Bancassurance and Corporate Banking. Rob currently leads Digital Assets for Absa CIB to create products and services that leverage blockchain technology.

Catherine is Head of VIP & Institutional at Binance, where she oversees global coverage of the exchange’s most sophisticated clients, ranging from individual traders and mid-sized proprietary teams to global financial institutions. Prior to joining Binance, Catherine spent 15 years in traditional finance across bulge brackets including Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. Catherine’s experience spanned across multiple asset classes and products, with a special focus in structured derivatives and derivatives solutions. Previously, he spent 19 years as Principal Research Staff Member at IBM, where he co-invented Identity Mixer, a unique cryptographic protocol for authentication. He is a Fellow of IEEE, ACM, and IACR and has received many awards for his work
